Debbie’ Section: is the curriculum lead for Project search. This is the colleges first year on Project Search, which has proved to be both challenging and rewarding. I work alongside two job coaches, their role is to support the interns and work buddies in their work placements. Within the work placement, interns learn essential transferrable employment skills, enabling them to gain access to paid employment if not successful in the hospital, then in the community. All interns have access to a classroom, where they learn all essential employability skills such as: writing CVs, personal statements, understanding wage slips etc.….
