Claire is the Business Transformation Manager for Cherwell, South Northamptonshire and Stratford District Councils. Heading the shared programme office for the three councils Claire and her team are delivering a change agenda that includes shared services, setting out a commercial strategy for the partnership and moving towards a commissioning approach to oversee these new ways of working.
Claire has worked across all tiers in local government and in the policing sector in a variety of role including policy research, performance, community engagement, customer service and change management. Current interests include exploring how disruptive innovation happens in local authorities and what organisational development interventions are required to help councils become ‘intrapreneur’ friendly.
