Chloe has worked in the youth sector for over twenty years, delivering and leading services for children and young people, with a particular focus on those facing multiple forms of disadvantage and discrimination. She has worked with and for care experienced children and young people during roles with the Prince’s Trust, The Children’s Society, and Just for Kids Law. She now leads a Services and Training team at Become, the national charity or care experienced children and young people.
She has a particular interest in participatory approaches to working with young people, recognizing their value in developing innovative service offers, young people’s skills and self-efficacy, and campaigns to improve the systems young people must navigate, including the care system.
