Chantelle Bramley is the Specialist Services Manager at The Bridge (East Midlands) which delivers a number of housing related advice, support and assistance services to homeless and vulnerably housed people across the sub-region of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Chantelle is a trained Mediator and Conflict Coach and whilst managing the talk2sort Mediation Service continues to practice. Chantelle has a degree in Criminology and extensive post graduate experience of working with young people and families with complex needs.
The talkĀ²sort Mediation Service, funded by Charnwood Borough Council, Public Health and Children in Need, was established in 2003 and is the only Homelessness Mediation Service of its kind in the East Midlands. The service has built a strong reputation for excellent working practices and was given the highest quality rating by Public Health, during the most recent audit.
talkĀ²sort supports young people aged 11-19 and their families to resolve conflict, often working on issues such as communication, relationships, emotional wellbeing and mental health in order to reduce the likelihood that young people will face homelessness.
