Cécile has a leading role in delivering the ‘Peterborough DNA’ programme that aims to make Peterborough a truly smart UK city.
Cécile’s strategic focus is to give life to a practical citywide Circular Economy strategy. Her work includes defining and implanting the new concept of a circular city for Peterborough and establishing a collaborative and innovative Sharing Economy model amongst Peterborough businesses.
Cécile holds an MSc in International Relations from IRIS, Paris and an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development with distinction, awarded by University College London (UCL). She has over 5 years of international experience working on urban sustainability challenges.
