I am a service improvement specialist that has worked with Local Authorities and organisations across the country to improve practice, creatively commission services and work in collaboration to address priority areas affecting children looked after. I have undertaken in-depth user journey consultations and reviews of services, developing comprehensive recommendations and improvement strategies. I additionally work in policy and regulation in social work and currently work alongside the regulator Social Work England acting as a consultant/critical friend as a member of their National Advisory Forum.
