Annette Bradley is co-founder of the Aligned Care Programme. As a practising Advanced Nurse Practitioner, she has seen the negative effects that fragmented and inequalities in care can have on patients and staff. As a senior lecturer she has been involved in writing modules around improving inequalities and promoting joint working between health and social care.
Jo Creed is co-founder of the Aligned Care Programme and director of two other NLP training companies. She has been working within healthcare for over 17 years, initially as an Excellence Director within Primary Care. With her foundations in human psychology, she has gone on to combine the skills and tools of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clean Language, Behavioural Psychology, Transactional Analysis and motivational Interviewing to address staff motivation and person-centred care.
Jo and Annette both have an intense passion for empowering health professionals and patients and recognised that their joint expertise could be the difference that made the difference.
We have already seen an increase in staff motivation, a reduction of fragmentation of care for patients and a big reduction in costs to the NHS and Social Care.
