Anne is Managing Director for the Gold Standards Framework Centre C.I.C.
She brings a breadth of experience from managing NHS services: children’s and adult services, physical and mental health, inpatient and community, services that deliver direct contact with patients and those that train others to deliver care. As a business manager she develops services – working with commissioners and stakeholders, generating income, managing financial performance and marketing. She involves clinical leaders in designing evidence based services.
She started her career as a Speech and Language Therapist and believes in person-centred care.
She has a commitment to the integration of services so that people experience joined up intervention and support, and she has worked to bring together services: those in different Health Trusts or even in different organisations (such as social care and health).
Anne recently completed a Masters in Healthcare Leadership and explored in her dissertation an interest in using technology to offer choice and control in how, what and when people access services.
