With a clinical and managerial background in the NHS, Andy has considerable experience of working with young people with mental health needs. He has since moved to develop innovative and creative methods of improving access and engagement with young people and adults who are experiencing challenges to their emotional wellbeing. He has been working closely with the Hertfordshire Integrated Health & Care Commissioning Team during the pilot delivery phase of Kooth digital in the county.
