The Cares Family, made up of Manchester, Liverpool and North and South London Cares, bring together young professionals and older neighbours to reduce loneliness, improve people’s sense of belonging, purpose and power, and reduce the gaps across social, generational, digital, cultural and attitudinal divides at a time of rapid change.
