Amy has worked in a variety of roles including being a wellbeing advisor, working with disabled students at university, working within independent living, and within children’s services. She is passionate about supporting people to improve their mental wellbeing and working with the neurodiverse community. She completed her degree in Inclusive Education and Disability studies, then went on to do a masters in Psychological and Educational Studies. Now working for Brain in Hand, Amy uses her previous experience and academic knowledge to help users identify their own solutions and increase wellbeing and independence. She is part of a brilliant team of specialists from a variety of backgrounds, which has enabled her to increase her own knowledge in many areas.
