Alina is passionate about the sector and the people she supports at Dimensions. She was promoted to Locality Manager in 2016, after having been an Assistant Locality Manager for eight years. Alina strives to make a difference to those she supports, but also demonstrates strong leadership skills and has established a solid forward-thinking team.
She has successfully managed five complex transitions from long-stay hospitals into permanent homes and has been the recipient of two internal Dimensions Awards.
Alina and her team have had a huge success with the person they will be talking about today. He has gone from not wanting to leave his room to embracing new activities and opportunities in the local area and under her guidance he has gone from strength to strength.
