Alicia it the development lead for Bazaar: A Marketplace for the Mind which is proud to be part of Open Door Charity, a leading mental health charity in Merseyside. Bazaar is an innovative, charismatic and creative therapeutic intervention that is delivered over eight weekly sessions. Utilising elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology and much more, Bazaar intends to improve overall wellbeing and remind individuals of all the wonderful things that make life worth living. Inspired by art, music and culture, Bazaar’s creativity intends to engage young people and flip the status quo on how we deliver mental health support in a modern world.
