Alice Frank manages the National Leaving Care Benchmarking forum on behalf of Catch22. The forum of 106 leaving care service managers from across England come together to benchmark and share best practice and works with government to improve policy and practice. Alice has 30 years’ experience in both the voluntary and public sector, delivering residential care, foster care for teenagers, leaving care and homeless residential services. Alice has historically established and managed leaving care services and co-ordinated national projects to improve outcomes for care leavers. She is a qualified social worker.
