Vicky Ladizhinskaya is a commercial expert with wide experience in procurement, implementation, management and exit of a wide variety of partnership contracts, as well as development and delivery of contract management transformation programmes.
Vicky is passionate about the public sector getting value for money from the contracts they procure. To facilitate that she has developed and keeps implementing contract management standards and related training, to enable contract managers at all levels of expertise and experience, to manage the contracts entrusted to them better.
Her aim and mission is to spread contract management best practice to the widest possible audience of commercial managers in both public and private sectors.
