Nigel is an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer – one of only a handful in the UK. He has been working with Agile techniques for over 12 years and was one of the Lead Agile Consultants for BT.
Nigel’s background includes being a software developer in traditional and Agile teams before moving into Project Management and “ScrumMaster” roles on many projects across the technology sector. Nigel has been coaching and training Scrum and Agile techniques for the last decade.
Uniquely positioned to discuss Agile both on a small scale, and in a huge distributed enterprise – Nigel’s particular interest is in using Agile methods to catalyse and implement change in an organisation.
