I have worked in the NHS as a nurse for 26years within the specialist area of learning disabilities and mental health, passionate about safer staffing and meeting patient need in response to demand on service and flex of acuity within these areas.

Became Clinical lead in 2013 to develop a model that would be responsive to service demand ,now managing the responsive workforce team and giving clinical support to the bank and e rostering .Leading on the reporting of safe staffing and NHS Improvements to reduce agency use across the organisation.
