John Trasler is the founder of Elearn (2003) a blended learning provider and is currently President of the European Association of Distance Learning (EADL). EADL is a not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting the quality of distance education across Europe.
John has worked in the education and training field for over twenty years both as a practitioner and consultant with MD roles for both Pearson and News Corporation and shares a passion for learning and oragnisation development.
The recent EADL conference in Copenhagen demonstrated the increasing use of a range new technologies in learning across Europe. As with all new technologies the challenge is to ensure it maximises opportunities for learning rather than becoming an end in itself……
