Jason Bardell is the Practice Development Director of Waymarks a charity which is part of Dimensions Group.
Jason has worked in health and social care for over 20 years. A qualified teacher, counsellor and specialist practitioner, he has spent the past 20 plus years training and supporting people who have complex support needs.
Throughout his career Jason has witnessed first-hand the struggles for acceptance and inclusion into society by people with learning disabilities, as well as their lack of opportunities and experiences within institutions and the community. Therefore what excites him the most is having this extraordinary scope to make a real difference in people’s lives
Jason's primary goal, value and vision is that people's lives will improve through better understanding, relationships, experiences, opportunities and connections.
