Carrie Bishop is Co-Director at FutureGov, which radically transforms public services through elegantly designed digital products. She loves her job.
She has a background in Local Government, having worked at the London Borough of Barnet, and Capita Consulting. She is passionate about public services designed around the people that use them. As a Director at FutureGov, Carrie oversees the Design Team and has worked on projects focused on using social technologies for better collaboration, open innovation and organisational change, including Patchwork, the multi-agency child protection app; Lantern, an online self-assessment tool for Adult Social Care; and Casserole, a neighbourhood meal-sharing service for older people.
