Andrew Burridge is the NW Care Act Programme Manager, supporting 23 NW Local Authorities. This year the NW created a NW Improvement and Support Programme to better align various resources and grants under the overall direction of NW Chief Executives. As a result, Andrew is also contributing to collaborative work on Better Care Fund, Sector Led Improvement and Health & Wellbeing Boards.
Andrew has worked for a number of NW local authorities during the last decade in policy and programme management roles, having spent the last 6 years supporting health partnerships in Greater Manchester. Outside of work Andrew is a proud father of his 6 year daughter and a fan of American Football, which includes playing the sport for the Manchester Titans.
