Adam Baker is the Charity Director of Refugee Roots. Adam joined the organisation in January 2017 when as a church based project called “Rainbow Project” it began its journey towards becoming a registered charity. Refugee Roots was registered in June 2019 and launched in November 2019.
Adam Baker has been an important and critical leader for the organisation steering it through significant change, growth and development. Adam’s expertise, skill and passion have been intrinsic to the success and growth of Refugee Roots through some of the most challenging times.
Adam’s background also includes working in Senegal with street connected children and families and working in the music industry as musician and songwriter.
